She uses them for bag and coach work as well as sparring. You can hear the consistent crack when her gloves hit the pads and she’s never once complained about her wrist. Fit is nice and tight, she needs my help sometimes getting her fingers all the way in but enjoys how they feel once on. She doesn’t wear anything under the gloves
