Welcome to the Hayabusa Web site. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. Hayabusa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the Hayabusa Web site, both now and in the future.

 

PRODUCT PRICES

All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

 

PRODUCT STATEMENTS AND IMAGES

All product statements regarding Sports Supplements sold on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or afflictions. All claims made on the product label and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and we do not claim to agree with or support/substantiate these claims. All product images are for illustration purposes only.

 

PAYMENT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

We stock our products and we don't do backorders! Unless specifically noted on the item page, anything you order is physically in our warehouse and will be dispatched the next working day. If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate dispatch, you will be notified via e-mail

After choosing your goods, you can proceed to the checkout and pay for your order by credit or debit card through our secure Protx payment server. Payments made by cheque or postal order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order.

Upon receipt of your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Up until despatch of your order you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.

 

 

ORDER ERRORS / DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing that you return the item via the method we advise.

Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.

 

You are eligible to claim a full refund if the goods you have ordered are not delivered within 30 days. You must notify us of non delivered items within this period.

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags and packaging, odour-free, unused, unworn, we will refund you any money which you have paid to value of the goods, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required.

You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. We can only accept the return of goods in their original condition including tags and packaging and that are odour-free, unused and unworn.

All return items must include their order number which can be obtained by contacting [email protected]. No returns will be accepted without this order number.

We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If an item is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

 

If in the event that you wish for us to re-deliver an item that has been returned back to us by our courier due to a 'non-delivery', you will be responsible for the payment of the re-delivery postage.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds will be given until the return goods have been received.

For your protection, undergarments (including rash guards), mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new and unused.

 

SALE ITEMS

Our Policy for Returns and Refunds outlined above also applies in full to Sale Items.

 

COMPLAINTS

All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 working day, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we do not supply any of your details to any third party. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law, we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide.

This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.
You can request at any time, that we stop using your information and, that we stop mailing information to you by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

 

CHANGING TERMS

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
