How to Measure
A - Chest
Measure around your chest beneath your armpits, and in line with your nipples.
Make sure the tape is level all the way around.
B - Waist
Your waist is located four fingers beneath your belly button.
Wrap the tape around your waistline, making sure the tape is level all the way around.
Note that your natural waistline may not match the waistline on the pants you're wearing.
